For custom orders, we recommend visiting our store in person to discuss specific details.

When do I need to have a custom order placed by?

• For custom orders, we recommend placing your order at least one to two weeks in advance.

• All other orders must be placed and confirmed at least three days in advance.

 

Due to our fresh baking policy, pre-orders take priority. If you need a cake on short notice, please contact us to see what is available in our store.

Please note that everything we create is handmade in our store, so we require ample time for planning, baking, and decorating.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes!

We offer delivery services with a service charge determined by the distance from our location to yours. On weekends, delivery availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be guaranteed due to limited vehicle availability.

At this time, we are unable to ship items via the mail.

Is your facility "nut-free"?

Do you offer consultation appointments?

To schedule a consultation appointment, please contact Marcy at (925) 837-7844 ext. 3. Our appointment times vary by day and we typically see consultations on Sunday afternoons and Tuesdays-Thursdays.

When do I need to have a wedding cake order placed?

When planning your wedding cake, we recommend scheduling your initial consultation four to six months in advance of your wedding date. Your final order should be placed six weeks prior to the event.
